At Willicroft we look how to reduce the total impact of every ingredient we source. Starting with the main ingredients namely cashews, macadamias, tofu and almonds.


While not every ingredient we use in our cheeses can be grown locally we have handpicked suppliers that are producing and suppling produce as sustainably as possible.


Our fermented quinoa culture is created using 100% Dutch unsprayed sustainable Quinoa from Quinoa Holland.

All of the Cashews used in our cheeses come from regenerative farms in West Africa.

Currently our Coconut oil is supplied through DO-IT who work with partners and farmers in agricultural projects across the globe.
